Laikku's event and meeting facilities

Organise your event with us at Culture House Laikku - it's easy! Laikku has different facilities for concerts, lectures and meetings. Laikku's facilities are largely accessible. Our staff will help you plan your event and make it a success.

Laikku's facilities are available free of charge for performing arts events, which are open to all and free of charge. We also provide in-house equipment and can provide sound engineering or streaming services for your event.

Terms and conditions for bookins

Before booking, please read the general terms and conditions for booking and use of premises of Tampere. Please note that during the election season, the City of Tampere does not provide or rent premises for election meetings of political parties or candidates. An exception is made for election panels where representatives of the different parties are equally represented.

Music Hall, 110 persons
A violinist and pianist perform in a concert hall to a full audience.
Lecture Hall, 70 persons
The bright lecture hall has rows of white tables and colourful chairs with velvet cushions. The back wall of the room is covered with a screen.
Mäkelä's Cabinet, 15 persons
The conference room is filled with dark wood furniture. A large table in the centre of the room is surrounded by chairs.
Meeting room Idealinna, 11 persons
The lobby and conference area is full of different coloured furniture: small tables, chairs and a sofa. There is a glass wall in the middle of the room.
Meeting room Syrjä, 19 persons
The elongated space features a light wood table that fills the entire space, surrounded by blue chairs with backrests. On the back wall is a large television screen and a door.
