Prices - Culture House Laikku

The prices are valid from January 1, 2026.

The price list has three price categories, according to which the fee is determined. See the hourly rates for each space. The rent for the premises is charged according to the current price list, not the price list valid at the time of booking. For example, a space booked for 2026 will be charged according to the 2026 rate, even if the booking was made in 2025.

Prices are reviewed annually, so it is particularly important to be aware of any price changes when booking for the following year. We reserve the right to make changes.

Price categories

Price category 1

• Rehearsals, meetings and public events for associations and non-profit organisations*.
• Sports clubs in Tampere
• Film production groups receiving a production incentive from the City of Tampere
• Reservations between city service groups
• Public utilities, rescue services

* Non-profit organisations are defined as groups that are active for the public good, do not seek financial gain and are open to all.

Price category 2

• Parties and other private events
• Enterprises, foundations and limited liability housing companies
• Public events for which admission is charged
• Sales and marketing
• Sports clubs in other municipalities

Price category 0-C

Performing arts events (concerts, theatre performances, dance performances, film screenings, circus performances, poetry readings, literary events, visual and media arts) open to all and free of charge. In addition to the actual event booking, the booking holder may, if they so wish, receive a total of 2 hours of free rehearsal time during weekdays during office hours. The performance must be complete, i.e. open rehearsals are not included in this price category.

Prices include 25,5 % VAT.
