Tampere.fi has a summary page listing free admission, events, and additional information for cultural institutions in the city of Tampere.
The city's museums also organize theme days for seniors, families with children, and students. On these days, admission is significantly cheaper than usual.

The event calendar lists everything that is happening in the city, and you can view events not only by time and theme, but also by whether they are free of charge and by your residential area. There is guaranteed to be something to do every day!
