Tervetuloa Hatanpään koulun 8- ja 9. -luokkalaisten vanhempainiltaan torstaina 1.10. kello 17.30 alkaen!

Kasi- ja ysiluokkakaisten elämä yläkoululaisena on jo pitkällä ja on hyvä pysähtyä hetkeksi pohtimaan, miten koulu sujuu ja miltä jatko näyttää. Toivotamme teidät kaikki 8- ja 9-luokkalaisten vanhemmat pohtimaan kanssamme, miten yhdessä parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla tuemme yläkoulun hyvää suorittamista ja koulussa viihtymistä. Perheestä saa osallistua useampikin vanhempi.  Vanhempainillan ohjelmassa on mm. seuraavaa: 

- Rehtorin ajankohtaiset terveiset koulun arjesta
- Opiskeluhuollon palvelujen (kuraattori, psykologi, terveydenhoitaja) kertausta. 
- Liikunnallisen elämäntavan edistäminen on tullut perusopetuksessa velvoittavaksi, miten muutos näkyy koulun arjessa. 
- Olemme mukana ProKoulu (https://prokoulu.fi) - mallissa. Asiantuntija Saija Pitkänen esittelee mallia, jonka ajatuksena on tukea kasvatusyhteisön positiivisen toimintakulttuurin kehittämistä. Osallistamme tässä mielellämme oppilaiden vanhemmat koulun kehittämiseen. 
- Älypuhelimen käyttöä rajoitetaan koulussa jo toista lukuvuotta. Miten arki puhelinten kanssa koulussa sujuu. 
- Oman luokanohjaajan kanssa keskustelua siitä, miten oppilaan oman luokan kouluarki sujuu.  
- Huoltajien kysymyksiä ja keskustelua. 

Opinto-ohjaajat ovat tavattavissa koulun ala-aulassa jo ennen vanhempainiltaa noin kello 16.45 alkaen. Jos siis haluat piipahtaa juttelemassa tai kysymässä jotakin nuoresi opiskeluun tai jatko-opintoihin liittyen, tervetuloa ala-aulaan opojen juttusille klo 16.45-17.30. Opinto-ohjaajat löytyvät aulan vasemmalta laidalta. Opojen pisteessä on myös kahvia ja teetä - tervetuloa siis jutulle!

Kahdeksas- ja yhdeksäsluokkalaisten omat luokanohjaajat ovat illassa paikalla. Jos haluatte sopia juttutuokion oman lapsen asioista, sopikaa mielellään se jo etukäteen, että luokanohjaaja osaa varata sille aikaa. Hetki voisi olla jo esimerkiksi ennen kello 17.30 alkavaa yhteistä osuutta. 

Vanhempainilta pidetään Koivistontien koulutalon A-talon liikuntasalissa (Koivistontie 31). 
Julkaisemme vanhempainillan materiaalin illan jälkeen koulun www-sivulla. 

Vanhempainillassa ei ole tulkkausta muille kielille. Rohkaisemme mielellämme muun kuin suomen kielisiä huoltajia lähettämään meille kysymyksiä ja vastaamme niihin aina. Jos vuoden aikana ilmenee tarvetta, järjestämme erikseen kansainvälisen monikielisen vanhempainillan ja tiedotamme siitä erikseen

Welcome to the Parent Evening for Parents and Guardians of 8th and 9th Grade Pupils at Hatanpää School on Thursday, October 1, at 17:30!

Life as a lower secondary school student is already well underway for our 8th and 9th graders, and this is a good opportunity to pause for a moment and reflect on how school is going and what lies ahead. We warmly invite all parents and guardians of 8th and 9th grade students to join us in discussing how we can best work together to support pupills' success at school and their overall well-being. More than one parent or guardian from each family is welcome to attend. 

• Current updates from the Principal on everyday school life.
• A review of student welfare services (school counselor, psychologist, and school nurse).
• Physical activity promotion has become a mandatory part of basic education. How this change is reflected in everyday school life.
• Our school participates in the ProKoulu model (https://prokoulu.fi), which aims to support the development of a positive school culture. Specialist Saija Pitkänen will present the model. We are also happy to involve parents in the ongoing development of our school.
• Smartphone use has been restricted at school for a second academic year. How is everyday life with phones at school working?
• Discussion with class teachers about how everyday school life is progressing in each class.
• Questions and discussion with parents and guardians.

School counselors (guidance counselors) will be available in the school's lower lobby before the parent evening, starting at approximately 16:45. If you would like to stop by for a chat or have questions related to your child's studies or future educational plans, please feel free to visit the counselors between 16:45 and 17:30. The counselors will be located on the left-hand side of the lobby. Coffee and tea will also be available at the counselors' station, so do come and have a conversation with us!

The class teachers of our 8th and 9th grade students will be present during the evening. If you would like to arrange a private discussion regarding your child, we kindly ask that you schedule it in advance so that the teacher can reserve sufficient time. Such a meeting could, for example, take place before the joint session begins at 17:30.

The parent evening will be held in the sports hall of Building A at the Koivistontie school campus (Koivistontie 31).
The presentation materials from the evening will be published on the school's website after the event.

Interpretation into other languages will not be available during the parent evening. However, we encourage guardians who do not speak Finnish to send us their questions, and we will always respond to them. If a need arises during the school year, we will organize a separate multilingual international parent evening and provide information about it separately.

Welcome! No registration is required for the parent evening.
