Rellu – the whole school guides and supports

Tampereen lyseon lukion opiskelijoita yhdessä.

The Aim and implementation of Student Guidance

The aim of guidance is to support students in integrating into the school community, promoting their well-being, ensuring smooth everyday life and advancing their studies, as well as transitioning to further education or working life. Guidance is provided during key transition phases: from basic education to upper secondary school, throughout upper secondary studies and after graduation.

At the beginning of upper secondary studies, guidance focuses on developing study skills and familiarizing students with the school's operational culture. Students receive guidance through personal counseling, classroom instruction, group advisory sessions, information events and communication. When necessary, students are referred to special education or student welfare services.

At Tampereen lyseon lukio, the roles and responsibilities of those involved in student guidance are outlined in the school.specific student welfare plan.
