Official services

You can use the official services of the City of Tampere also electronically. You need to log into the service using online banking IDs or mobile identification to start a new matter or monitor its progress. The service uses Suomi.fi e-Identification.

You can use form templates to request for information, request for rectification or start a local citizen’s initiative, among other things. You can add attachments to your message.

Your matter will be sent to the city registrar’s office where it will be forwarded to the right place. You can monitor the progress of the matter through the same service.
