City health centres open all summer – Kämmenniemi the only exception
The City of Tampere health centres will be open as usual all summer. The only exception is that the Kämmenniemi Health Centre will be closed from 29 June to 2 August 2020.
The Hatanpää, Hervanta, Kaukajärvi, Lielahti, Linnainmaa, Orivesi, Tammelakeskus and Tipotie health centres as well as the outsourced health centres Mehiläinen Oma Lääkärisi City Centre and Hervanta, are open Mon-Thu from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Fridays and days before public holidays, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oma Lääkärisi Tesoma will be open Mon–Fri from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You can contact the health centre by telephone, visit the health centre in person or, in case of non-urgent matters, submit an online contact form (the form is available in Finnish only). If you suspect that you have been infected by the coronavirus or you have respiratory symptoms, please do not come directly to the health centre but call first.
The on 03 10023 and 03 5657 0023 is open every day of the year, including Midsummer, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for residents of Tampere and Orivesi. For general-level advice, you can contact the health care counselling service also via the online chat.

The service includes a coronavirus symptom assessment in English, Swedish and Finnish, but the other symptom assessments are currently only available in Finnish and Swedish.
