Tampere celebrated Finland’s independence with Concert and Children's Dance Party

Finnish Independence was celebrated in Tampere on December 6 with an Independence Day Concert and a Children's Dance Party. The concert was held at the Keskustori Central Square and featured live music, choral singing and poetry reading. The Children's Dance Party took place in Tampere Hall.

The Independence Day Concert ended with a winter illumination of the Keskustori Central Square’s buildings. The lighting will continue to create a winter atmosphere until January 6, 2023.

Children's Independence Day Dance Party took place at Tampere Hall and it featured dancing, hip hop dance shows, circus performances and different activities.
