“Let’s play together”, the theme of 2017’s month-long Lasten Pirkkaset children’s cultural festival invites participants to play, imagine and spend quality time together. Lasten Pirkkaset is the Pirkanmaa region’s joint children’s cultural festival that takes place each February. The programme comprises events of all sizes, aimed at children aged 0–12 and their families, including performances, themed family days, workshops, courses and exhibitions.
The City of Tampere’s Committee for Child and Youth Services has ruled that, under Chapter 29 of the Early Childhood Education and Care Act, the privately run ABC Daycare Tampere facility will be prohibited from offering childcare services. The decision will be enforced from Monday 30 January 2017.
