Tampere City Transport serves passengers in the Tampere area with approximately 30 bus routes around the city.

Our fleet consists of 135 city buses - all of them have a low-floor construction. Since 2007, our new busses have also been furnished with air conditioning. The real-time route information system makes it easy to check actual arrival times at many bus stops and to follow upcoming stops from inside the bus.

Envirnomental values are inportant for Tampere City Transport. Our goal is to offer best possible combination of transport services and environmental compatibility by operating with modern and comfortable busses that keep emissions and fuel costs to a minimum.

Tampere City Tranport fares are set by the Tampere Community Board. We take pride that Tampere public transport tickets are among the most affordable in Finland. A single ticket, valid for one hour of transportation, costs EUR 2,50 for adults and EUR 1 for children. Monthly passes are sold for EUR 22-44.
