Please note the following
▪ Our auditions are open to all nationalities.
▪ Please do not send us a tape. All the candidates are invited personally to the audition.
▪ Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra will not provide any compensation for travel or accommodation expenses.
▪ Please look for more information on the orchestra and its season schedule on our website. Other useful sources of information are the websites of Tampere Hall (where the orchestra rehearses and performs) and the city of Tampere:

Audition date Friday June 15th, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Tampere Hall.
Set works:
▪ Mozart: Violin Concerto No. 3 in G Major, or No. 4 in D Major or No 5 in A Major,
1st and 2nd Movements with cadenza
▪ First Movement of a romantic concerto with cadenza
▪ Orchestral excerpts and possible chamber music excerpts
(to be sent via e-mail after the closing date )

- Your contact information: address, phone, e-mail
- Your personal data: date of birth and nationality
- If you wish to use our pianist
- If you wish to receive the orchestral excerpts also by airmail, which arrives later to foreign countries than in Finland. The e-mail arrives to all applicants at the same time.
If a member of the orchestra is chosen to the vacancy his/her vacancy can be filled by this audition.
