Personnel affairs section

The purpose of the Personnel Affairs Section is to address issues related to the strategic personnel management of the consolidated municipal corporation.

The section or a body appointed by the section prepares the personnel strategy; adopts the principles of the training of elected officials as well as the principles of excursions and participation in courses and other training occasions; adopts the principles of human resources development, administration/personnel co-operation, occupational health care of the municipal staff and employee policy exercised by the municipality as an employer; and makes decisions concerning issues stipulated in the regulations concerning the Personnel Affairs Section.
