KIRJATTI'S CAT COOKIES

250 g butter or margarine
2,5 dl sugar
1 egg
1,5 teaspoons of soda
1,5 teaspoons of cinnamon
circa 6 dl wheat flour

1. Knead the butter and sugar into foam.

2. Add the egg and cinnamon-soda-flour mixture.

3. Keep the batter in a refrigerator over night.

4. Roll the batter and use a cat shaped mould to press cookies.

5. You can sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

6. Cook in 200-Celsius degrees
