The Valma development project was partly financed by EU Interreg IIIC eCitizen1. The development took place during the years 2005 - 2007 and had two different stages: First was the definition of technical requirements and secondly the definition of Valma application and the implementation of it.
The costs of the stage one were 20 000 e, and the costs of the stage two were 45 00 e.
In addition the Valma forum needed a connection between the Tampere Case Management system (agendas/minutes, documents,decisions). The expenses of the interface were about 6 000 e.
Still there were costs of training, communication etc, about 1 500 - 2 000 e.
