All libraries will be closed and mobile libraries will not be running. At Metso Main Library, access to Työväenopisto and Ahjola courses and to other events in the lecture halls will be through the main entrance. Weekly storytelling sessions for children are cancelled.
Newspapers and computers will remain available

Longer loan periods
Loan periods for all items will be longer than normal as of 11th October. Return dates will be moved back to December and there will be no overdue fines while the library is closed.
Returning materials
Customers may, if they wish, return materials to the libraries' book drop boxes. Materials left in the drop boxes are the customer's responsibility. Please note that large items do not fit in the boxes.
Net library available until 20th November
The PIKI net library cannot be used between 21st and 30th November. Until then, the net library can be used to renew and reserve materials as usual.
Once the systems have been updated, the current PIKI net library will be replaced by the new PIKI net library as of 1st December. The new version is already available at piki.verkkokirjasto.fi
