The newest indoor swimming pool in Tampere was opened in 1998. It is a comfortable new generation municipal indoor swimming pool with spa-like services.
The pool has a 25 metre-long pool with 6 lanes, a children’s pool, jacuzzi, cold water pool and a jump pool with a 3 metre-high diving platform.
The swimming and diving pools are made of steel. The entrance to the pool building has a monitoring system and a ticket vending machine for single tickets. The admittance card received from the machine also functions as a deposit, as it releases a key to a locker in the changing room. There are altogether 180 lockers.
