Influenza H1N1 Virus

Persons living in Tampere can get a vaccine, if desired: contact the Telephone Health Service and you get the information where and when you can go to be vaccinated.

The Telephone Health Service of the City of Tampere:
- calling from a land line 10023
- calling from a mobile phone (03) 5657 0023

Valokuva: Sikainfluenssarokote. Kuvaaja: Susanna Lyly.

The numbers are operational every day at 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. there will be a recorded announcement giving the instructions for urgent cases (only in Finnish).

A call to the Telephone Health Service, including a possible waiting time, is billed according to the standard local network charges.
If you hear a queuing tone (three consecutive beeps: a long low, a short low, a long high) after dialing the number, do not hang up but stay on the line and wait for your turn.
