Family counselling

The family counselling centre serves families with children living in Tampere. The centre helps with issues related to a child’s growth (children under 13 years old) and development. The centre also helps with interrelational family problems.

It is possible to contact the family counselling office, if

  • parents are worried about a child’s behaviour, coping with social life or development
  • the family needs help when in a crisis situation
  • family relations are strained
  • parents are considering divorce

The information and stand-by service of the family counselling centre gives advice and arranges appointments

Services are confidential and free of charge. No cover letter is needed to visit the family counselling centre; you can contact the centre directly when seeking help.
