Activities of the support persons

The support persons of children and adolescents

Kuva: Tukihenkilö.

A family willing to have an adult support person from outside the family for their child can be provided with one.

The basic idea is that a child needs at least one harmonious and safe relation based on trust during his/her adolescence period.

Working in close cooperation with the social worker involved, the support person has an obligation to make case reports.

Drug abusers' support persons

An adolescent who has managed to overcome drug abuse may have the support of a vocationally trained person in helping him/her to stay away from drugs and other intoxicants.
