Tampere College

At the Tampere College (TAO), maintained by the City of Tampere, you can acquire the qualifications for the job of your dreams. In addition to upper secondary vocational qualifications, one can complete further and specialist vocational qualifications as well as acquire additional and continuous education. It is also possible to combine vocational upper secondary education with theoretical upper secondary education (matriculation examination) and get two certificates at the same time (by completing the so-called ammattilukio).

A the Tampere College there is also available some studies in English to both young people and adults.

Education for young:
- Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration

Education for adults:
- Certificate in Food Hygiene Proficiency
- International Wilderness Guide (taught in Kuru, Ylöjärvi)
- Forest machine operator (taught in Kuru, Ylöjärvi)
- Log house building course (taught in Kuru, Ylöjärvi)
