Haihara Manor

The premises of Haihara Manor are mainly used by the Haihara Art Centre and they are primarily reserved for organising art exhibitions. The manor is, however, also available for hire for meetings and family gatherings. The main building can be reserved through the customer services office of the Cultural Services. The main building can accommodate 180 people.

Equipments:

  • the banquet hall has chairs and tables for 130 people (size of the table 70 cm x 150 cm, 32 tables), a piano and a CD-player
  • in the kitchen: a refrigerator, a cooler, washing-machine, microwave, a coffee-maker with two pots, a stove, an industrial oven

Reservations

Cultural Affairs will start to accept reservations for 2011 on Friday 1.10.2010. The premises can be hired (for those times they are not reserved by the Cultural Affairs) on that day from the Cultural Affairs Customer Services. The reservations will be taken into consideration in the order they are made. You can call in from 12am onwards. NB! The available slots are posted on the Customer Services window on 30.9.2010 at 15.45.

We still take reservations for 2010, but please note that the summer weekends (May - August) are already fully booked.

Prices in 2010 and terms of contract

All the prices include VAT 23% as of 1.7.2010

For Festivities:

When the main building is used as a place for festivities, the price for hire is 604,92 €/day. The price for a half-day (12 hours) hire is 302,46 €. The hirer must organise the tables and chairs themselves. The premises’ supplies do not include any crockery.

Meeting Room:

When the main building is used as a meeting place, the price for hire is 20,16 € / 1-2 hour(s), any additional hours 10,08 € per hour.

Exhibition Space:

The main building 100,82 € per week, the stable 100,82 € per week (An annual application must be submitted by the end of September. The applications should be addressed to the exhibitions work group of the Cultural Affairs.

Cleaning Up:

Everyone must clean up after themselves (including washing the floors, if necessary). Also hirers must place the tables and chairs back in storage. For reasons pertaining to fire hazard safety, no candles can be burned in the space. The hirer is responsible for any damages made.

The caretaker of Haihara: tel. +35850 351 6441 on weekdays at 9–16. You can come for a viewing tour of the premises on Tuesdays 10–12 and Thursdays at 15–17 (with one day's notice). The tours are not available during the opening hours of exhibitions (usually April - September).
