NOC guests

On this page you can find information about NOC guest accommodation, accreditation, arrivals and departures, ceremonies, meals and transport during Tampere EYOF 2009.

NOC guests (President, Secretary General and their guests)estimate of accommodation is informed by the NOCs with this

E-form before 1st June.

Accommodation bookings for the EOC Family (NOC/EOC/IOC) are informed with this

E-form before 1st June.

ACCOMMODATION


Presidents and Secretaries General will be accommodated at the official EOC Family hotel: Sokos Hotel Ilves 4*, in downtown Tampere.


Other guests of the NOCs will also be accommodated at the same hotel, subject to availability and on a first booked, first served basis.


Another official hotel (same standard) has been chosen in case of overbooking
at the Sokos Hotel Ilves.


The EYOF Tampere 2009 Organising Committee will handle all the bookings and
each booking will have to be guaranteed by a credit card number.

ACCREDITATION CARDS


Presidents and Secretaries General (or the person acting on behalf of each of them) will be accredited under the NOC category. Each NOC accredited person can enter one accompanying person (NOC Guest).


Accreditation cards will be handed out directly at the Sokos Hotel Ilves upon arrival.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

NOC and NOC Guest accredited persons arriving/departing with the delegation of their NOC will be welcomed and transferred to/from Tampere together with their delegation, to/from their hotel.


Those arriving/departing separately will be welcomed and transferred to/from Tampere individually, to/from their hotel.

OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES

NOC and NOC Guest accredited persons will receive their invitation to the Opening and Closing ceremonies directly at their hotel.

Transport will be organised from/to the hotel(s).

MEALS

NOC accredited persons (President and Secretary General) will be entitled to meals at any of the four different restaurants at OLV during the opening hours.

NOC Guest accredited persons will have the possibility of purchasing meals (lunch or dinner) at the price of 10€ per person.


TRANSPORT IN TAMPERE

The EYOF shuttle bus service will be available for all NOC and NOC Guest- accredited persons and the nearest bus stop will be in front of the Sokos Hotel Ilves. The city bus services will also be available, free of charge, upon presentation of the accreditation card.
