NOC/ Accreditation

The online system for accreditation is open and you may start your process of inserting your delegations Entry by Name –data. Please have the person who will do this work email mari.vuorinen@tampere2009.fi , requesting the username and password. This way we can confirm that every NOC has received their instructions.

You must insert all of your delegations names by June 1st. Once you log on, you can find the manual for the system. It has very specific instructions for you.
The 25%-rule for the ATHLETES longlist is no longer in use. You may insert as many names as you wish, this means the athletes, not adults.

The system will be closed on July 4th at 8:00 hrs. By this time you must have the definite athlete names active, all others non active. If there are too many names active, the accreditation cards can not be made. This means that your delegation will not have the cards ready on time.

Young Journalists is a function found in the delegations category. This means that persons accredited this function can be accommodated with the team in the OLV.
