Exercise for special groups
Special exercise groups are for people who, because of age, long-term illness, disability need special attention or support in exercise groups. It is possible to attend classes with a personal assistant. The aim of physical activity groups is to improve and maintain health, functional capacity and physical fitness, and to provide social contact.

Speed up your day with online live training
If you are unable to participate in a guided exercise group on site, you can do a great free workout with the guidance of our instructors, for example, in your own living room. You can register for the online training electronically and you can exercise either in a live broadcast or alternatively you can browse previous workouts from the list; previous workouts can be found on Tampereen kanava. Click on your favorite workout and enjoy exercising with us!

Wellbeing is about the little things in everyday life, such as getting enough sleep, eating a varied diet and finding the right form of exercise. Physical activity has an important role to play in promoting the health and well-being of people of all ages.
