45.FOUNDATION ACQUISITIONS 1979 - 1989,

The 10th anniversary exhibition "Finnish and International Art from the Collection of the Sara Hildén Foundation. Acquisitions 1979-1989." was opened in the museum in January.

The Sara Hildén Art Museum celebrated its 10th anniversary on 11th February 1989. This exhibition displayed works that had been purchased for the Foundation's collection during those years. Altogether 212 paintings, drawings, statues and graphic works were on display.

Both floors were used and there were 7,462 visitors.
