Café Amurin Helmi

Baker The smell of freshly baked buns and bread tempts the museum visitor or passer-by on Satakunnankatu to Café Amurin Helmi (Pearl of Amuri) which has a wonderful 1920's style decor. Biscuits for the purpose of dipping are a tradition of Tampere. They are baked in the café's bakery and they can be bought to go. The café has its own special coffee blend dedicated to it. The younger customers will especially like the old-time soft drinks.
